Initial Assessment
Upon intake, an initial assessment will be done on every client entering our program. The importance of an initial assessment, and screening is to determine if each client meets the criteria for a Intensive Outpatient Level of Care, as well as understand the clients background, substance of choice, mental health conditions, medical needs, to better understand our client. Sober Living
JWalker Sober Living houses men only. We are licensed with the State of Utah between both of our Sober Living homes in Orem, UT for 14 beds. Our two homes are less than a half mile apart from one another, and a mile from our Intensive Outpatient making it easily accessible and convenient for our clients we serve.
Intensive Outpatient
Our Intensive Outpatient is located in Orem, UT and services men and women ages 18 & up who are suffering with Substance Use issues as well as Dual Diagnosis. We offer PHP, IOP, MAT, & GOP levels of care in order to fit all our clients unique needs. We offer day & night groups as well as Urine Analysis testing.
