Upon Intake, our team facilitates a initial intake assessment to obtain a better understanding of what services our client is in need of, obtain vital information so our clinical team can understand assess what the clients current addictions, mental health conditions, prior past with substance use, as well as the clients drug of choice. The importance of this information is to screen for anything that needs to be stabilized first to determine if our level of care is appropriate for the client prior to treating any substance use or dual diagnosis issues. 

 

Stabilization is the first step in our process. We work with community providers to assess any medical needs, such as medication, to assist with stabilization. It is a collaborative effort and clients have to fully engage in the process in an effort to treat their addictions from their lives, once and for all. It is a system where clients gain insight, understanding and hope to better understand the destructive patterns that create the addictive cycle. It is a unique journey of self-discovery and well worth it.
